Pedestrians may not cross any highway, roadway, alley or street at an intersection where the traffic is controlled by any automatic signal traffic control device when the vehicular traffic has the right-of-way. Pedestrian traffic should only cross at intersections controlled by other regulatory signs when safe to do so or when traffic is stopped.
