§ 71.09 ENTERING, LEAVING OR CROSSING ROADWAY.
   (A)   A person who drives a vehicle that is about to enter or cross a roadway from any alleyway, driveway or parking lot shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the roadway.
   (B)   The operator of every vehicle along a roadway approaching an intersection shall not leave the traveled portion of the roadway or operate a vehicle against or over a curb when make a right or left turn and the operator of any vehicle approaching an intersection shall not cross, or attempt to cross, any public or private property to avoid any traffic control device or signal at any intersection.
