(A) The town authorizes the budgeting and appropriation of funds for promotional activities for the town from the General Fund which shall be provided in the Council's budget under category “Community Relations and Promotions.”
(B) The Town Council may approve expenditures from this category that support promotional activities of both a civic and governmental nature and that they deem in the best interest of the town and its functions.
