§ 71.03 ANIMALS AND BICYCLES.
   Every person riding a bicycle or an animal, or driving an animal drawing a vehicle upon any street shall be subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions which can have no application to one riding a bicycle or driving an animal.
