§ 30.01 TOWN WARDS.
   The Town of Lowell shall be divided into the following districts (wards) for the purposes of conducting elections of Town Officials.
   (A)   District (Ward) 1. 
      (1)   The boundary lines of Ward 1 of the Town shall be as follows: At the intersection of 173rd Avenue and Austin Street extended, then south along the west corporate boundary to Commercial Avenue, then east along Commercial Avenue to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, then south along the Norfolk Southern railroad to a line that is approximately 1,330 feet south of and parallel with Commercial Avenue and being the corporate boundary, then west to US 41, then south along US 41 approximately 2,670 feet to the south corporate boundary, then east approximately 3,990 feet; then north approximately 1,340 feet, then east approximately 1,330 feet, then north approximately 1,330 feet, then east to Austin Street, then south along Austin Street approximately 2,660 feet, then east approximately 1,330 feet, then south approximately 1,330 feet, then east approximately 1,330 feet, then north approximately 1,330 feet, then east to Nichols Street, then north approximately 660 feet, then west approximately 630 feet, then north approximately 690 feet, then east to Nichols Street, then north to Commercial Avenue, then west to Navajo Trail, then north to Seminole Drive, then east approximately 340 feet, then north approximately 100 feet, then west approximately 130 feet, then north to 173rd Avenue, then west along 173rd Avenue to the point of beginning.
      (2)   Ward 1 shall consist of the area within the Town Boundaries made up of census blocks:
