(A) The town Water Utility shall be and remain under the control and management of the Town Council, with power to do all such acts as may be necessary for efficient management and protection of the water utility and the residents of the community.

(B) Effective September 14, 1998, the town Water Utility is removed from the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. (Ord. 1998-20, passed 9-14-98)
