The Purchasing Agents for the town are hereby designated as follows:
(A) The Director of Administration and the Director of Public Works are designated as the Purchasing Agents for the town and its respective departments for all supplies where the total purchase price of the supplies is less than $50,000.
(B) In addition to the Purchasing Agents identified in division (A) above, each department head is also designated as a Purchasing Agent for their respective department for all supplies where the total purchase price of the supplies is $2,500 or less.
