Each employee of the Water, Sewer, Wastewater Treatment, Street, Park, and Building Departments will undergo an employee performance evaluation two times yearly. These evaluations will take place in June and December and will be written. Employee performance evaluations for members of the Police Department are not covered by this subchapter, but will be covered under the provisions of the Police Manual.
