§ 36.340 SIDEWALK/CURB AND GUTTER STANDARD FUND.
   (A)   Establishment. A Sidewalk/Curb and Gutter Standard Fund is hereby established for the purpose of receiving distributions.
   (B)   Deposit of funds. The Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit all payments in lieu of installation of sidewalks, curbs and gutters as established in Ordinance 2020-14.
   (C)   Use of funds. The Sidewalk/Curb and Gutter Standard Fund shall be used to install sidewalks, curbs and gutters anywhere in town.
