§ 36.018 USE OF FUNDS.

The funds accumulated in the Lowell Cumulative Development Fund will be used for those purposes established and allowable under IC 36-9-16-2 for Cumulative Building Fund, 36-9-16-3 for Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund, 36-9-26 for Cumulative Building Fund — Sewers.
