§ 33.01  DEPARTMENTS ENUMERATED.
   The administrative organization of the city may be divided into the following departments:
   (A)   Administration;
   (B)   Police;
   (C)   Streets;
   (D)   Sanitation;
   (E)   Parks and Recreation;
   (F)   Water and Sewer; and
   (G)   Wastewater Treatment.
