§ 32.17 TAX COLLECTOR; DUTIES.

   The City Council shall provide for the appointment of a Tax Collector, whose duties shall be to:

   (A)   Collect all taxes and assessments due to the city;

   (B)   Supply the Mayor and City Council with any information as they may require of him or her relative to the performance of his or her duties;

   (C)   Make periodic reports to the City Council listing therein all funds collected by him or her; and

   (D)   Perform other duties required by law, or as the City Council may direct.
