§ 5.5  TERMS OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS ON DATE OF RATIFICATION.
   The Mayor and Council members serving on the date of ratification of this act shall serve until the expiration of their terms. Thereafter those offices shall be filled as provided in Article II and III of the Charter.
