§ 30.06  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Items shall be placed on the agenda according to the order of business.
   (B)   The order of business for each regular meeting shall be as follows:
      (1)   Adoption of agenda (includes confirmation or setting of the consent agenda);
      (2)   Approval of the minutes;
      (3)   Scheduled public comments;
      (4)   Public hearings;
      (5)   Administrative reports/presentations;
      (6)   Unfinished business;
      (7)   New business;
      (8)   Unscheduled public comments;
      (9)   Closed session;
      (10)   City Attorney report;
      (11)   City Manager reports;
      (12)   Council reports; and
      (13)   Adjourn.
   (C)   By general consent of the Council, items may be considered out of order.
