§ 151.40  MAINTENANCE STANDARDS IN GENERAL.
   Only electrical, mechanical and plumbing devices and systems which are:
   (A)   Intended to be used at the time of inspection;
   (B)   Being used at the time of inspection; or
   (C)   Required by law at the time of inspection are subject to the applicable portions of this chapter.
