§ 151.25  EJECTMENT.
   If any occupant fails to comply with an order to vacate a nonresidential building or structure, the code enforcement official may file a civil action in the name of the city to remove the occupant. Such action shall be filed in the nature of summary ejectment and conducted in accordance with G.S. § 160A-439(j).
