The property numbering map entitled the “House Numbering Plan” of the city is hereby adopted as the official property numbering map of the city, and all property numbers assigned shall be assigned in accordance with said map and this subchapter, and no other property numbers shall be used or displayed in the city except numbers assigned in accordance with the official house numbering map and plan. The property numbering map shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.
