§ 150.023  ENFORCEMENT OF UNIFORM STANDARDS CODE FOR MOBILE HOMES.
   The County Inspections Department shall, upon the direction of the City Council, be responsible for enforcing the North Carolina Uniform Standards Code for Mobile Homes (G.S. Ch. 143, Art. 9A), including any design and construction standards incorporated therein by reference.
