§ 150.022  ENFORCEMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE.
   The County Inspections Department is not charged with enforcement of the zoning ordinance; however, no permit for alteration, repair or construction of any building or structure shall be issued until a zoning permit has first been issued by the appropriate official charged with enforcement of the city zoning ordinance.
