§ 150.021  ENFORCEMENT OF AUTHORITY OF COUNTY INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Building Inspector of the county and the County Inspection Department are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to exercise in all respects the powers granted by this subchapter within the corporate limits of the city and within the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the city until such time as the City Council shall officially withdraw such authority. Inspection fees for inspections performed by the County Inspections Department shall be collected by or paid to the county.
   (B)   The County Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to establish such administrative procedures as may in his or her opinion be necessary to accomplish the authority granted him or her and the County Inspections Department by this section.
