(A) The parking or idling of trucks is hereby prohibited on the following streets or public rights-of-way.
(1) A portion of Lineberger Street between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. The portion of Lineberger Street subject to this proposal is an approximate 385-foot section extending from the intersection of Lineberger Street and Power Drive in a southwesterly direction for 385 feet to the rear entrance of Lowell Bonded Warehouse.
(B) For the purposes of this Schedule the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRUCK. Any of several types of motor vehicle, differing in load-carrying capacity, body type and wheel arrangement, designed primarily for the transportation of goods and having a load carrying capacity of two and one-half tons or greater.
