SCHEDULE III.  FREIGHT LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   See § 73.31.
   (B)   Beginning at a point on an existing concrete curb marking the easterly margin of North Main Street, said beginning point being 62 feet and ten inches in a northeasterly direction from the ending of said concrete curb at the intersection of North Main Street and First Street; thence continuing along the edge of the concrete curb in a northeasterly direction along the eastern edge of North Main Street a distance of 14 feet; thence turning a 90 degree angle and running in a northwesterly direction out into North Main Street a distance of 15 feet; thence turning at a 90 degree angle and running a southwesterly direction along a line perpendicular to the curb of North Main Street a distance of 14 feet; thence turning at a 90 degree angle and running in a southwesterly direction a distance of 15 feet back to the point of beginning, said freight loading zone having an area of ground coverage consisting of 210 square feet.
