Any person violating the provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. For the purpose of this section, it shall be considered that each day during which any provision of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense, even though continuing in nature. In the event the person violating any provisions of this chapter is a corporation, the officer, agent or employees thereof, who shall violate, procure, aid or abet any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties as if he or she, himself or herself, had committed such violations.
