§ 52.05 CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE BY, OR UNDER SUPERVISION OF CITY.

The construction of a lateral for sewer connections, and the necessary excavation therefor, shall be done by the city, or, if done by a licensed plumber, it shall be done under the supervision of the city.
