§ 52.03 DUTIES OF SUPERVISOR.

   The City Manager or such other employee designated by the City Manager, shall perform the following duties:

   (A)   He or she shall have general supervision over all the operations of the sewerage system;

   (B)   He or she shall see that all rules and regulations of the city are enforced; and

   (C)   He or she shall see that sewer rates and assessments are correctly made.
