§ 51.05 CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE BY OR UNDER SUPERVISION OF CITY.

The construction of laterals for water connections, and the necessary excavation therefor, shall be done by the city, or, if done by a licensed plumber, it shall be done under the supervision of the city.
