In the event a resident is physically unable to place the cart at the curbside and there is no one living in the household or nearby that will place it on the curb for them, the resident may request special pickup consideration. All requests are to be made in writing to the City Manager, or an employee designated to receive such request by the City Manager, who will then make a determination as to whether special pickup arrangements are warranted. Residents enrolled in this program must comply with all other provisions of this chapter.
