3.16.080   Duties of the vendor.
   Vendor shall maintain adequate records of facilities subject to the tax and of proceeds received for the use thereof. Such records shall be maintained in Lovington, New Mexico, and shall be open to the inspection of the municipality during reasonable hours and shall be retained for three years. (Ord. 461 (part), 2005)
