(a) The Fallen Hero Memorial is a nature preserve which is open to the public for passive reflection and natural preservation only.
(b) Wheeled vehicles, including but not limited to bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, wagons, carts and any other wheeled vehicles, other than wheelchairs or strollers shall not be permitted on the premises of the Fallen Hero Memorial Preserve.
(c) Games, sports and athletic activities shall not be permitted.
(d) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, carried onto or consumed on the premises of the Preserve.
(e) Parking is not permitted on the Preserve.
(f) Horses, dogs and other pets, except seeing-eye, hearing-ear, or service dogs, are prohibited.
(g) Cans, bottles and all other waste materials shall be placed in trash containers.
(h) Firearms, air rifles and archery equipment shall not be permitted, except as such may be used incidental to a military ceremony (e.g. twenty-one gun salute).
(i) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, thing, privilege or service within the Preserve. (Ord. 2013-75. Passed 10-8-13.)
