The Governing Body may employ an Animal Control Officer, under general supervision, to provide for the enforcement of specific infractions of municipal ordinances. The Animal Control Officer shall be primarily responsible for animal complaints, reports and documents regarding the capturing and impounding of stray animals and such other duties as prescribed by his or her superiors.
