(A) It shall be unlawful for owners or occupants to own, harbor, or keep more than three adult dogs on any one premises and within any one residential unit area within the city.
(B) It shall be lawful to keep any number of dogs until three months old. After that time period, they shall be considered an adult dog and the provisions on adult dogs will apply.
