§ 90.032 CONTINUOUS BARKING, HOWLING AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any dog within the city which by constant and continuous barking, whining or howling in an excessive or continuous fashion shall annoy or disturb the surrounding neighborhood or other persons. Provided that, the provisions of this section shall not be construed to apply to the City Animal Shelter.
