§ 90.023 LIVE TRAPS.
   All live traps within the city limits shall be set and operated by the Animal Control Officer or set and operated under the supervision of the Animal Control Officer. A LIVE TRAP is defined, for purposes of this section, as a trap used for the purpose of catching an animal inside it without injuring the animal.
