§ 90.012 FOWL; RUNNING AT LARGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to allow poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese, or any other fowl to run at large within the corporate limits, except in enclosed places on private property. Such enclosures on private property shall not exceed 144 feet and shall be fully enclosed on all sides and on the top.
