§ 90.010 FOWL; WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNER TO KEEP FOWL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on his or her private property poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese or other fowl, unless and until they have received the written consent of the owners or lessees of the property immediately adjoining the private property where the fowl are to be kept, and all other property owners within 150 feet of the place where the animals are to be kept, which consent shall be filed at the office of the City Clerk and shall be subject to revocation by any of the owners or lessees at any time.
   (B)   The number of poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese or other fowl allowed to be kept by any person shall be no more than ten total fowl (this includes poultry, chickens, turkeys and geese) per real estate parcel.
