It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain, within the corporate limits of the city, any horse, mule, sheep, cow, goat, swine, or any other livestock. The ban shall not apply to animals kept outside the city limits but within the area within one mile of the corporate limits in the district zoned residential, commercial or industrial with proper permit as outlined in § 90.003.
