§ 150.090 BOARD OF APPEAL. 
   Board of Appeal as provided in the International Property Maintenance Code shall, review all decisions made by the Code Official. Decisions of the Code Official may be appealed to the Board within five days of the denial by the Code Official of the occupancy certificate and hearing shall be held within 14 days of request for appeal.
