§ 31.11 ELECTION OFFICIALS' OATH.
   Previous to any votes being received, the judges and clerks of election shall severally take an oath or affirmation according to the form authorized by state law. If there is no judge present at the opening of the polls, it shall be lawful for the judges of election to administer the oath to each other and the clerks of election. The person administering the oath shall cause an entry to be made thereof and affixed to each poll book.
