(A) The State Building Code as adopted by the city under their authority as provided in Neb. RS § 81-2104, is hereby adopted as the official Building Code of the city and all of its provisions are hereby adopted herein as if set forth in detail.
(B) From and after August 1, 2009, all buildings constructed or repaired within the city shall conform to the State Building Code and all amendments adopted thereto.
(C) Any person constructing or repairing any building, from and after the passage of this section, not in conformity with the State Building Code and its amendments shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in a sum not to exceed $500.
