The Subdivision Regulations are hereby revised in their entirety and they shall now consist of Sections 1 - 17. These chapters together shall be known as the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Loup City and they are adopted in the form as presented and shown as part of the Loup City Comprehensive Plan for 2005 - 2015. The Subdivision Regulations are hereby incorporated by reference as though printed in full herein. Copies of the Subdivision Regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
