If the pretrial diversion applicant has been denied enrollment in the diversion program, he or she shall be notified and at the same time notified that he or she is entitled to an administrative review of the decision and written reasons for denial. If the applicant requests administrative review and written reasons for denial, an administrative hearing will be held within ten days after written reasons for the decision have been given to the applicant.
