The Governing Body has granted to certain companies from time to time the authority to maintain and operate the light and power system in the municipality for the purpose of furnishing electric energy to the municipality, and fixing the charges for such services. Actual details of the agreement and the present electrical rates, charges, and fees are available at the City Clerk's office.
