§ 110.15 PERMISSION FROM COUNCIL REQUIRED.

Before placing a trailer or mobile home within the corporate limits of the municipality, the owner and/or resident of the trailer or mobile home shall first obtain permission from the Governing Body for such placement. This regulation shall not apply to trailers and mobile homes placed within existing trailer and mobile home parks within the municipality.
