The Governing Body may, by resolution, prohibit the parking or stopping except for loading or unloading of passengers or freight, of vehicles at the curb on streets directly in front of any entrance to a school house, or school building, and those curbs adjacent to the entrance of the school house, or school building, shall be painted red to indicate the prohibition.
