The minimum charge per month shall be $16.00 for residential users and $17.00 for commercial users for operation and maintenance, including replacement and debt retirement, and an additional $1.75 for both residential and commercial per 1,000 gallons. These rates shall take effect and be in full force as of July 1, 2019.
