§ 53.040 MANDATORY ABANDONMENT.
   When a public sewer becomes available, the building sewer shall be connected to the sewer within 60 days and the private sewage system shall be abandoned in accordance with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Control's Title 124 Rules and Regulations for the Design, Operation and Maintenance of Septic Tank Systems.
