§ 53.038 SPECIFICATIONS.

The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private sewage disposal system shall comply with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Control's Title 124 Rules and Regulations for the Design, Operation and Maintenance of Septic Tank Systems.
