(A) The city will not accept, store or dispose of any washers, dryers, refrigerators or any other item considered to be “white goods”, without payment of a tipping fee for each item. The tipping fee shall be set by resolution of the City Council and such fee may be changed at any time by resolution of the City Council.
(B) Tipping fee shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to delivery of any and all white goods.
