To provide for a more uniform natural gas rate increase procedure and to allow the municipality more control over rising gas rates, the City of Loup City, Nebraska hereby adopts ordinances regulating rate increases of natural gas. One copy of such ordinances shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time. The natural gas regulations shall have the same effect and force as if printed in full herein.
