§ 11.01 OFFICIAL CORPORATE SEAL.
   The official Corporate Seal of the municipality shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk, and shall bear the following inscription, "Seal, City of Loup City, Nebraska." The City Clerk shall affix an impression of the official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other official papers issued by order of the Governing Body and countersigned by the City Clerk.
